4. Pricing and Payments

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, except where alternative arrangements are expressly agreed between the parties.

For digital music purchases, payments and access are governed by the respective third-party platforms.
Access to online courses is granted immediately upon successful payment.
Payments for DJ services are determined through direct negotiation and may involve deposits or staged payments.

5. Delivery of Products and Services

  • Digital Content: Provided instantly following payment confirmation.
  • Physical Goods: Shipped according to the delivery terms presented at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.
  • DJ Services: Delivered following mutual scheduling and confirmation with the Client.
 
The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond its control.

6. No Right of Withdrawal – Refund Policy

In accordance with applicable EU consumer laws on digital content, no withdrawal or refund is offered for digital products once access has been granted, unless required by mandatory legislation.

No refunds are provided for online courses or digital content.
Music purchases through third-party platforms are governed by their respective refund and usage policies.
Payments for DJ services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Website—including music, audio samples, videos, images, logos, trademarks, text, and training materials—is the exclusive property of SP Kam Records or its licensors.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement under applicable intellectual property laws.

The Client remains solely responsible for ensuring the compatibility of their device and internet connection with digital products and services offered.

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, performance, or uninterrupted availability.

10. Data Protection

Personal data collected via the Website is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
The Client may request access, correction, or deletion of their data through the contact form.

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, network failures, technical malfunctions, or governmental restrictions.
